1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") regulate your access to and use of the Omnity website (www.takeomnity.com) and the services available on it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or utilising the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Services.

4. User Accounts

(b) You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to promptly inform Cadence™ of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

5. Limitation of Liability

(a) Under no circumstances shall Omnity, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be held liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

(b) Omnity’s maximum liability to you for any claims related to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid, if anything, for access to the Services.
